Global Account Manager

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, BA or equivalent practical experience,
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development within a global company, handling corporate customers,
  • Extensive experience in account management experience and client facing roles focused on Global relationships with Fortune 100 brands across industries,
  • Result-oriented and customer focused,
  • Strong teamwork, organization and communication skills,
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
  • Financial Concepts /Processes: i.e. pricing, margin, forecasting, statistics, and Software Systems (SAP knowledge is preferable)
  • Perfect command of English, both written and spoken,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • English and Dutch nationality are preferable.

As a Global Account Manager, you will spend your time…

  • Building and maintaining knowledge of the customer’s industry, products, and markets to target and create sales and growth opportunities while managing customer expectation
  • Extensive experience in account management experience and client facing roles focused on Global relationships with Fortune 100 brands across industries.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Managing existing customers and maintaining good relations,
  • Achieving sales targets in the defined area of responsibility,
  • Interface with key customer decision-makers(CFO, CIO, Head of Tax or Finance/Technology Experts) to validate and qualify opportunities in order to maximize profitability
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that provide valuable insight
