  • BS in related fields
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in direct account management in IT sales,
  • Reporting skills in CRM Tools
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills,
  • Result-oriented and customer focused,
  • Technical problem solving, analytical thinking, excellent planning,
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • A strong network of contacts in the industry that will help you become a success
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • No travel restrictions,


  • Responsible for selected accounts & will carry sales quota,
  • Achieve quarterly and annual set targets from NAL ( Named Account List) companies,
  • Develop contacts with assigned customers,
  • Reporting and updates using CRM
  • Co-ordinate activity and work with Strategic Accounts Team, and the wider sales and
    technical support teams,
  • Actively seek and build relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Job Description

The role is responsible for developing and executing SME Sales, with assigned accounts from a
Named Account List (NAL) – A key role in developing and maintaining long-term business
relationships with customers.
